Working methods

Together with the client, we develop the training approach that works best. We offer tailor-made training, individual and group coaching or consultative support in a specific way for each project.

A variation of contents and presentations, inspiring lecturers and motivated participants is the foundation for effective learning. Our methods combine theory, practice, improvisation and reflection. The participants are themselves active in the training and contribute with their own experience. Practice cases and workshops deepen the ability to apply new knowledge. Different situations that occur out in the field, as customer meetings, are trained hands-on by case studies and role plays.

All trainings are evaluated, both on an individual and on a general level.

Know-how

For us competence building is about learning by doing. We combine theory and practice in all parts of the training. Apart from technology and business, we also cover communication, team development, leadership and culture.

We are competent in design and material issues and have long experience of international trainings within technology and sales. The technical part of our program is made up by applied knowledge in design, production technique and choice of material. We combine this with good insights in the commercial part – the challenges of a salesman, the market conditions and the end user needs.
