The Customer Offer, technical and commercial, is an education for everyone with customer contacts - technicians, customer support and sales. In addition to your own contribution we also involve selected speakers. We recommend that managers and specialists from your own company contribute. We have a number of case studies where participants get to practice their skills in bringing out dedicated corporate messages in different situations.
We tailor-make the training to match your conditions, your co-workers needs and the goal of your company. Based on a pilot study we make a proposal, adapted to your company, for reaching the goal. We can also offer pre-made programs ready to order directly.
The scope of the training is according to our recommendation total of 4 days divided into two sessions (each 1/2+1+1/2 day). The assignment before each session is designed to enhance the learning experience. We offer the training in both Swedish and English.
Strategies for better customer cooperation are an important part of follow-up. The specific individual improvements of working methods and techniques out in the field ultimately lead to improved results. Follow-up is always on two levels, general and individual. A diploma is handed out to the participants upon completing the program.
